License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Tapiwanashe Mlambo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use, modify, and integrate the Software into a single End Product (for example, a website, web application, or mobile app).

2. Permitted Uses and Modification Rights

• •You are granted full rights to modify, edit, and create derivative works from the Software.
• •You may use the End Product created with the Software for personal or commercial purposes.
• •You may use the End Product for projects that generate revenue for you or your clients.

3. Restrictions on Distribution and Resale

(No Standalone Distribution) - The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• •You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, share, or give away the original Software or any modified version of the Software (including templates, code, or components) on a standalone basis.
• •You may not use the Software to create a competing product, template, or starter kit for sale or distribution.
• •The Software must only be distributed when embedded within a larger, finished End Product (for example, a completed website delivered to a client or a deployed application).

4. Attribution

No attribution is required. You are not required to credit Tapiwanashe Mlambo in the final End Product. You may remove all references to the original copyright holder from the files.

5. Ownership

Tapiwanashe Mlambo retains the copyright to the original Software (including templates, source code, and assets). You retain ownership of the final End Product you create using the Software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall Tapiwanashe Mlambo be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
